Andrew passed away peacefully on Monday 4th February 2013 at 9.40am. He surpasseed many expectations and proved he had more strength, fight and will to live than we could of ever imagined. Rest In Peace my beautiful husband and best friend. We miss you more and more every second love Amanda Eve and Miles x
